There is no magic shoes that will help your vertical jump. Mizuno line is lightweight and keeps you from be suppressed. Each shoe volleyball are essentially the same. It all comes to personal preference and comfort.
I prefer (as player) flash. They seem a little lighter and lasted longer in the department wear my pair had Tornado.
